Privacy Policy

We strictly protect user privacy and handle all collected personal data in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong and our official Privacy Policy. User information is collected solely for service optimization, order administration, after-sales support, and authorized marketing communications.

We will not disclose personal data to unauthorized third parties nor use it for purposes incompatible with the original collection intent. OVO GROUP may revise this policy from time to time; any amendments shall take effect immediately upon publication on the website.

Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms and all transactions conducted via this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, People’s Republic of China. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively under the jurisdiction of Hong Kong.

Risk and Title Transfer

The risk of damage, deterioration, or loss of goods shall pass to the Buyer upon issuance and acceptance of the invoice. Legal title and ownership of the goods shall transfer to the Buyer only after OVO GROUP has received full and cleared payment.

Exchange Policy

Issuance of the official invoice shall be deemed conclusive evidence that the Buyer has inspected, verified, and accepted the goods in good condition. Stock items may be exchanged within 7 calendar days of purchase, subject to presentation of the original invoice. Each purchased item is entitled to only one exchange. Returned goods must be unused, in original condition, and complete with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

This exchange policy does not apply to: custom-made commissioned items (except for material or workmanship defects caused by our gross negligence), promotional discounted goods, and in-store display samples. Buyers shall inspect all product dimensions, fabrics, colors, and details thoroughly before payment. Under no circumstances will cash refunds or credit note refunds be granted. OVO GROUP reserves the absolute discretion to approve or reject all exchange requests.

Defect Claims

All claims concerning damage, defect, missing parts, or non-conformity must be raised in writing on the exact date of purchase or delivery. All claims are subject to the terms and restrictions stated within the above Exchange Policy.

Delivery Service

Lead times for pre-order / back-order products are specified on the respective product pages. Unless otherwise stated, in-stock items will be scheduled for delivery within 14 working days upon receipt of full cleared payment. All stated delivery dates are estimated only. OVO GROUP shall not be liable for any compensation or damages arising from logistics delays, weather conditions or third-party operational factors.

Complimentary delivery applies to single-address orders over HKD1,000 that have direct vehicular access and a functional lift. Delivery surcharges follow in-store notice listings. Packaging services are applicable to local Hong Kong deliveries only.

The Buyer must confirm that goods can safely pass through building corridors, lift cabins and entrance doorways. Where premises have no lift, undersized lift shafts, or non-direct floor access, a walk-up handling charge of HKD80 per item per floor will apply. For walk-up buildings, we do not offer floor delivery for 8/F and above (including basement levels), nor delivery to locations without vehicular access.

OVO GROUP accepts no liability for failed deliveries caused by inaccessible entry points, incorrect addresses or absent recipients. All subsequent redelivery attempts will incur standard delivery fees. Any delivery date amendment requires at least 10 working days’ prior notice. Standard delivery includes on-site furniture assembly only; permanent wall mounting, modification, and professional installation are excluded.

Select the Self-Pickup option at checkout to waive delivery fees.

Ordered goods will be available for collection within 7 working days after purchase. You will be notified via email or message once your order arrives. The original order confirmation email must be presented for verification upon collection.

Additional Responsibilities

Delivery services do not include removal, relocation or dismantling of the Buyer’s existing furniture. The Buyer shall fully prepare the premises and clear all access routes to ensure smooth delivery. For any buyer-supplied materials, all risks of damage, loss or deterioration during storage, handling and transit shall be borne solely by the Buyer.

Exclusion of Liability

OVO GROUP shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential costs, property damage, or personal injury arising from product usage, self-modification, or uncontrollable factors during delivery. Deposits without final order confirmation are valid for 3 months from the payment date; any deposit unconfirmed within 6 months shall be non-refundable.

Warehousing & Storage

Complimentary storage is provided for 30 calendar days starting from the purchase date. Beyond 30 days, a storage fee of HKD 20 per cubic meter per day will apply (minimum chargeable volume: 1 m³). If goods are stored for more than 60 calendar days, OVO GROUP reserves the right to dispose of the items without prior notice or liability. All sums already paid shall be non-refundable, and the Buyer shall have no right to raise claims. We retain full authority to recover all accumulated storage fees.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at order confirmation. All cheque payments are subject to successful bank clearance before delivery scheduling and order activation. For overdue outstanding balances, OVO GROUP reserves the right to charge monthly late payment interest at 3% on the unsettled amount.

Right of Revision

OVO GROUP reserves the right to revise these Terms, sales policies, and service guidelines at any time without prior notice. Revisions take immediate effect upon website publication. In the event of any commercial dispute, OVO GROUP holds the right of final interpretation and adjudication.
