You can pick up your order at any of our shops, or we can deliver it to any local address you choose. Delivery fees depend on the location. Please refer to our "Delivery information" page.
Yes, we offer international shipping. If you’d like your order sent overseas, we can give you a shipping quote. For questions, email sales@ovo.com.hk or WhatsApp us at 6638 0204.
In-stock items usually arrive within 14 days. Orders may take longer during public holidays. For back orders, out-of-stock, or custom items, contact us for delivery times. There could also be delays if payment is not approved right away.
Yes, you can pick up in-stock items at your chosen shop within 7 days of our order confirmation. We’ll let you know when your order is ready. We’ll hold your items for one month after full payment at no extra cost. After that, we charge HKD20 per cubic meter per day, with a minimum of 1 cubic meter.
Right now, we only accept payment in Hong Kong Dollars.
Your transaction may be declined if there are authentication issues during payment. Please check with your bank to make sure your card is registered for Verified by Visa (VBV) or Mastercard SecureCode (MSC). Also, double-check that your information is correct.
If your order form doesn’t go through, check that all your information is correct and there are no spelling mistakes. Please avoid abbreviating place names. If you still have trouble, email us at sales@ovo.com.hk, and we’ll help you quickly.
If you want to change your order after payment, email us at sales@ovo.com.hk within 3 working days of your order. We’ll do our best to help, but changes may affect your delivery or assembly schedule.
Unfortunately, OVO gift vouchers or cash coupons can’t be used on the OVO Online Store. For more information, WhatsApp us at 6638 0204 or email sales@ovo.com.hk.
Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made on the day of delivery or collection. Notwithstanding the foregoing, within 7 days of purchase, all stock items purchased from us can be brought back to us in exchange for other items we offer upon presentation of the original of this invoice and the packing for the items, provided that there has been no use of, nor damage to, or scratches on the item. There shall be only one exchange per item purchased.
