The Arles Flat C: The Art of Living
Project: The Arles, Fo Tan | Concept: The Collected Home | Style: Gallery Modern
For this 947 sq ft family apartment, OVO embraced the concept of “The Collected Home.” The design acts as a subtle yet powerful curator, integrating art and design not as mere decoration, but as essential layers that animate the space. Textured wallpapers provide a tactile backdrop, while tonal paintings, sculptures, and bespoke pieces engage in a visual dialogue, creating a dynamic yet perfectly balanced environment for modern family dynamics.
Living with Intention: Every choice, from the chandelier’s glow to the furniture’s form, is intentional. This results in a home that is sophisticated yet inviting, reflecting a philosophy where beauty and functionality, individuality and harmony, coexist. It is a personalized sanctuary that actively inspires through its curated details.
- Tactile Backdrops: The use of sophisticated wall textures to add depth and warmth.
- Art as Atmosphere: A collection of artworks selected for their cohesive color story and emotional resonance.
- Functional Sculpture: Furniture and lighting chosen for their artistic merit and everyday utility.
- Harmonious Contrast: Balancing modern clean lines with the organic shapes of art and decor.
