For BDG Training Network, OVO engineered a “Fluid Knowledge Ecosystem.” Moving beyond a simple office update, we dissolved the conventional paradigm of closed-off, designated areas. By seamlessly combining every zone into one coherent, open landscape, we constructed a physical “Connectivity Engine.” This new environment is intrinsically designed to promote a powerful culture of collaboration, elevate company morale, and accelerate teamwork by making the flow of people and ideas the central design principle.
Architecture as Culture Code: The space itself encodes collaboration into daily operations. The absence of walls translates into fewer barriers to communication, fostering transparency and mutual trust. Comfort is woven into the open plan to ensure the space feels energizing, not overwhelming, making it perfect for both focused work and impromptu brainstorming, thereby holistically increasing engagement and innovation.
